One of their hair stylists burned off a piece of my hair! She totally didn't mention it or point it out to me until I realized the next day or two. Luckily it was underneath so it's not noticeable. Do not recommend this salon. Hairstylists won't check on your hair while it's being bleached.
Quite honestly the worst hair I have ever gotten in my life. I guess if you have dark hair like mine, stay away from this place.
I have been looking for a new stylist for so long, I had almost given up hope. On a whim I asked a coworker if she had a stylist because because her hair always looked so good. When she got a cut, I could absolutely tell. She referred me to Michael and it was literally THE BEST cut and style EVER. I live about an hour away I will absolutely make the drive. He is an artist, I won't be going anywhere else from here on out. These pictures are taken a few hours after my visit, once I got home and my hair still look amazing.
I've had a good experience at this salon. Amanda is very kind and does a great job. She listens to your needs and is very flexible with scheduling. When I needed to reschedule, the phone was answered instantly and I had no issues with customer service. The salon is also gorgeous and a fun vibe.
Michael is the most talented hair stylist I have ever had! He's been cutting and styling my hair for the past 5 years, and he delivers EVERY time. Finding someone who can cut Black natural hair well is tough, and he does it with such precision. If you're looking for someone who can give you a cute cut, make you feel fabulous, and is wonderful company, he's your guy!
