I walked in without an appointment for a simple pedicure without polish and Tracy did a really fine job. I will be back for sure! The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant but when I entered there was a very strong chemical smell of nail polish remover. I wish there was two tier pricing for pedicures with and without polish.

Service was rushed, polish didn't last very long & ambiance isn't the best. There are a lot of other nail salons local so I'd recommend just going to those unless you have a specific nail tech you prefer. They also are cash only I think which is a bit tricky if you don't have cash on you!

Really relaxing, nice and comfy chairs! And not so trendy you can't get in! Not much more to say...enjoyable

I walked in today to get my nails done. It's my 4th time coming to this place( by the way I didn't mind waiting but this time it was different) It took one hour to get my pedicure done I was moved to the table after it was done to get my gel manicure I sat there waiting for my turn while other people that have appointment go first. I went to use the ladies room when I went back the manicurist that was setting the table to start working on my nails left and started working on another customer without explaining to me what's happening or apologizing and still I sat down and waited for about 15 min waiting for her to say something. Very disrespectful I was very frustrated. I had to leave without getting my gel manicure done. They always very busy and overbooked have few employees that are hassling and running g around jumping from one customer to another. They are not very organized or efficient. They should tell customers that they only take appointment or explain that if you don't have an appointment it will take up to 2 hrs to get your nails done..... The employees are very nice and do great job but they are always rushing between customers( god knows if they have time to clean the material they are using) the owner/manager is not friendly or welcoming person. They should have at least offered me water or apologize for the wait. Being courteous is important. We are supposed to relax and get pampered while getting the nails done not frustrated ( it cost money, it's not free) I will not go back again.

honestly... just going to post what I asked for vs what I got, because it speaks for itself. $175 for this plus the pedicure and it's just like... really? I just accepted them and left because it was late and I didn't feel like arguing, but I had come back to this salon on purpose after they'd done a great job last time and was beyond disappointed. I don't even feel like they tried. I'm incredibly annoyed and wish they'd reach out to remedy this or redo them. UPDATE - 3 of the nails have popped off in 48 hours. Do not come here unless you want to essentially be stolen from.
