Not sure about this place. I've been here a quite a few times seeing the same stylist. Had an appointment scheduled for last week, but I got called out of town. Completely forgot about the appointment. Normally I get a reminder phone call, but not this time. I did find out from another client that the stylist I had been seeing was no longer there. I guess the salon as so much business that they didn't need to call a client and attempt to reschedule with another stylist. Not very professional.
I've been seeing Mary Kay since 2011 and have followed her as she fulfilled her dream of opening up he down salon. The atmosphere at the salon is great. Every person, from the time you walk in, is greeting you and asking you how they can help you. My hair has always been on point. Just like any girl, I get big ideas and Mary is always able to talk me through what can be done, what will look best and how to keep my hair looking great. I drive over 70 miles for my appointment, that's how much I like her services. Thank you for everything you do girls!!!
