She was the sweetest, kindest person and I loved that it was appointment only because you know they mean business and I didn't feel like someone was rushing my nails either. She is a perfectionist and took the extra time to change my color because the first one was "see through." That IS NOT common, nail techs usually say too bad you picked the color. She is proud of her work, easy to talk to and so kind. Wish I lived closer so I could go to no one else ever again. Calm environment, quiet and would DEFINITELY recommend
Wow is all I can say!! I knocked on the door and she let me in.... I just wanted a no chip nail salon and I got 5 star treatment and nails! I see people say she's choosey and I see why... it's the strip mall she's in!! Don't let it deter you it's beautiful and relaxing inside!! I will of course be back... worth ever cent soooo glad I called and knocked for her services !!! I'll definitely be back!!
I love this nail shop!! The ladies are skilled in their craft. The establishment is organized clean and tranquil. The shop owner is a little selective concerning her clients. But I understand why. I was going to go to another shop on 63rd & Broadway but it was packed and looked like a dingy hot mess!! So I had read my reviews on LA Nails and decided to give them a try. So glad I did! There were two clients besides myself. Everything was calm and peaceful. It was a welcomed experience. I felt pampered and refreshed! Oh yes, and my mani-pedi is fabulous!!
I love this nail salon. They take their time and make sure, your nails are done right...I'll never go to another nail salon again. Very nice and wonderful customer service. It's like a family environment....
I love this place! This was my first time going. The woman took her time and my nails have never looked so good. Reasonable prices too! The woman took the time to talk to me as well, and even helped when I was unsure of what colors to get. Definitely going back again!!
