First time with Kristie H. She was great! I have very fine hair and this was the best haircut I've had in a long time. Staff was friendly and accommodating in a nice, relaxing atmosphere.

I don't recommend this salon , my friend made keratin treatment her hair got worse plus so disrespectful and unprofessional people .

I came in super excited with my daughter asking for light brown hair with highlights with Devyn at the salon. The pictures we brought all had highlights. I even told her where to put some, describing how my daughter used to have some around the frame of her face. I heard her talking to my daughter about a warm chestnut color and came over to say we wanted cooler tones and she agreed; again reiterating light brown with highlights. My daughter came back to the chair a warm darker brown. I asked why she didn't do highlights and why it's so dark. She said she didn't know that's what we wanted?! Obviously...then she said if you look closely you'll see some light underneath the color. You shouldn't have to squint and imagine to see the color you want. No finishing it, no offer to fix it; just sorry, sorry what you asked for went in one ear and sailed out the other. While I was waiting, people left the salon with gorgeous color and styles. So I would recommend the salon but not Devyn. Then we get into the car and I notice my kids new sweatshirt has dark dye on the sleeve and is ruined. Later we notice there is dark dye on her jeans. Icalled the salon amd they said try hairspray to remove the stains. Again, the other salon clients looked great, just steal clear of booking with Devyn as she does not listen, is messy with your clothes, and doesn't care to help correct her errors.

I looked forward to a hair appointment after being in home due to Covid. I had an appointment to cut my hair and 1 appointment to have my daughter color her hair champagne blond. When we got to the solon I was told they tried to call me and reschedule! They did not call to reschedule! Then the receptionist tried to change her answer when I asked what phone she called, since my cell didn't have any calls from them! Left very disappointed! DO NOT USE THIS SOLON! New staff and very rude and unprofessional!

I have been a customer for over 15 years. When I called the first day appointments were being accepted after the covid crisis I couldn't get an appointment for 4 weeks. It appears that they have been taking appointments during the shut down even though the phone message said they weren't. Called in the first hour of opening. My business of 15 years didn't matter to them at all. Sorry but I'm done with you. Terrible way to conduct business. I also noticed that in the month of January 2020 they had 18 5 star reviews on consecutive days. Seems to me like review padding as they generally get one or two a month and January is typically very slow for hairdressers. The owner obviously doesn't need money if she can be shut down for 3 months and then not care to make appointments upon opening. It appears something else going on here.
