Miracle Hair & Browz Salon in Rochester, MI

I don't even want to give this place 1 star! I usually read reviews before I go anywhere ! But I failed to read the reviews about this place because I was desperate for lashes. Very disappointing! My right eye has more lashes then my left eye and the lady who did them kept insisting that my right eye needed more lashes ! Why? I don't know why! Maybe to make them uneven. When I called and explained to her that my right eye has more lashes then the left eye she said, "It would not have been right if I did not spend extra time on your right eye." Whattttttt?? But whyyy?? Lmao talk about stupid ignorant people! Anyway the worse part is.... Not even a week after getting them done, half of them fell off ! So disappointed! The worse place EVER! I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here!

0 STARS RATING! Do not go here! I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian wax and called and booked an appointment to have it done. When I showed up for my appointment, the place was closed and it looked like no one has been in there in awhile. I was supposed to leave the next day for a vacation and was very angry I had paid for a service and they were so unprofessional as not to show up for my appointment!

I went for a wax... Got the groupon and went for a Brazilian... I was running a bit late but the lady said she could still work with me even tho I offered to reschedule. The room is pretty much a closet and the sheet on the bed was so dirty and stained! The lady who waxes is really nice but! She took customers in between waxing me... Left the door open when she left the room! And pretty much gave me a bad bikini wax instead of the Brazilian I paid for. Won't be going there again for sure

It was fine - reminded me of the kiosks at the mall, which was unsurprising, since they also have an outpost at Macomb mall apparently. She was fast, didn't wash or sanitize her hands before or after, and used cheap thread that broke a number of times. My brows look good, but I don't think I'll be back.

Very disappointed in my brief experience with this salon. Made an appointment a week ago to redeem a Groupon, but when I arrived at my appointment time was told I did not have one. Receptionist called owner (whom I had made appointment with) who insisted it was my mistake and she could not accommodate me til the next day. Receptionist then said she could take care of the cut and color, but seemed very unsure whether she could actually do what was being asked. Because of the level of unprofessionalism and very uneasy feeling, left salon and contacted Groupon for a refund. Salon-goer beware ... not at all professional or friendly.
