Beyond disappointing went along to store loved the decor wanted as close to platinum highlights as possible came away with dark brown hair that another stylist at another salon I had to go to fix it described as looking like dirty dishwater the stylist took no responsibility for results she knew I was unhappy but said maybe I could come on the Sunday if still unhappy for a redo I emailed her twice no reply as I left with my bad hair all she said was yes my brown hair was blond and she stood by her coloring felt like I was being gas lighted really wanted to give her a good review as she seemed like a very sweet person but sadly one of worse experiences ever
