Let me start off by saying this is a customer service review rather than quality of the cut. So I had my haircut yesterday, a standard mens fade. It was finished up and I was told if I get home and see it and find out I don't like it to return which was very courteous of the stylist. I called the next day after my wife and friends had seen it and told me to get it fixed. So I called and asked for it to be re-faded in the back. I was directed to Mikes barbershop and told that "I don't think there is anyone here who could give you want you want." I then asked why did you let me get my haircut by that stylist then? Immediately she says actually she's really good at them........
Again this isn't a review on the stylist!!!! This is a review on the customer service! I'm sure the stylist could 100% fix it if she was there that day or maybe even another stylist could re-fade the back of my head for a better transition.
Either way I won't be coming back I'll learn how to fade myself at home and deal with a few back cuts since that's what I'm expected to do coming here anyways. Changed the rating to 3-stars from the 1-star because of the stylists themselves
Went in for a little mommy makeover and the staff was incredibly sweet! My hair looked and feel great after :) will definitely be back!
Highly recommend! Martika was absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job on my hair! She also sugared my under arms. It was my first time getting that done and she made it a great experience! Make sure you ask for Martika when making your appointments! You won't be disappointed!
Haley Wickel did a gorgeous job on my daughter's hair. She got exactly what she asked for. She was thorough, formulating the color and showing her on a paper towel for approval before putting it on her hair. She was gentle while foiling and shampooing. It turned out beautiful and was an overall fantastic experience!
