Where do I start, I've been here once before and it was a nice experience; however, this time was completely awful. The lady who done my nails and toes was so bad. My gel toe polish literally peeled off this evening, I'm sorry I paid $50 for it to just peel off, when they normally last maybe a month. Then onto my nails, she made me bleed not once but twice, AND STILL CONTINUED TO USE THE PRODUCTS. Can you say unsanitary. My SNS doesn't have texture but has the appearance of texture which is another first so I know that is how it isn't supposed to be. I wanted oval nails, some are oval while other im not sure what you would call them. Would totally appreciate to get my money back as this experience was brutal and flawed by all aspects.
Nothing classy about this place, the woman who did my nails never spoke to me the entire time she worked on my nails. Gave her a generous tip anyway, because that's how I am. However woke up this morning and two nails are already chipped and one is actually peeling. I did nothing after leaving the salon yesterday, except eat dinner and watch a little TV before bed. As for the rest of the staff none are friendly, but they will stare at you without speaking or acknowledging you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ESPECIALLY YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!

Wish I'd gotten the names of the SNS nails techs who tag teamed me today. They were both guys and they were both great!! I was there only an hour and I didn't get nicked and I didn't have to continue cleaning my nails after I left.
This place doesn't look like much as it is in the shopping center at University and Cottage Hill but I will be back. Pricing was reasonable too.
Highly recommend this salon! I get my eyelashes and nails done here and really appreciate their work. Lisa has been doing my eyelashes for a year now- really detail oriented and does fantastic work. Place was also recently renovated and looks great and classy.
