Pinky nail fell off after a couple of days but that was because I was playing aggressively with my dog. Walked in on new year's eve at around 4pm. They closed around 5pm that holiday. Waited around 20 minutes and Vanessa finished her customer and immediately attended to me. She fixed it perfectly and free of charge. Super nice!
I am so devoted to My Nail Salon and Spa. I have been seeing Vanessa for over 20 years. That statement alone should tell you how awesome the Salon is. Everyone at the Salon is fantastic! You will be pampered the moment you walk in the door.
The kindness and service you will get from the lovely ladies that work here is TOP TIER!! You know it's a good nail salon when you show them a basic french tip photo and you come out with your nails like this. They are so personable and talented. My whole experience made my week!! Cant wait to come back.
I have ingrown nails, bothers me a lot. Its hard to find a good place which can take of it. Have tried to go to the fanciest places but never got a good result until I visited this location. I personally highly recommend this place.
Had another amazing day at the salon! Vanessa got me all ready for Halloween....amazing as usual. Despite the negative review from an entitled Karen that can't follow directions, you can't go wrong here. Oh and Karen? You're right. It's great to be the king!!! You get to be the King by treating employees of a business with the respect they deserve, respecting their time, and not being a Karen!
