I am beyond mad. I'm so mad I made a yelp account just to warn people NOT TO GO THERE. I asked for some wax. I just got some piercings on my ears and the lady doing it pulled my head and pushed on my ears. I repeatedly told her that she was hurting me and she kept doing it. The wax she put on me was way too hot. It literally burned me. She hurt me until I was in tears. I repeatedly told her how in pain I was and she just kept going. She put wax on the same spot multiple times, leaving my skin red and raw. I was in such a rush to leave that I made the MISTAKE of PAYING for the horrible service. I get in my car and the hair is all still there. She made ZERO difference. I am livid...
I asked for a manicure and dip. All I got was a lousy dip. My nails are stuck to my skin. I asked if they could fix it and you would have thought I asked for a lot more then that. Didn't get any oil on cuticles afterwards either! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
By FAR the worse nails (dip) I've ever had in my life! After paying $50 for them yesterday, they look horrendous and one has already cracked. Now, I keep my nails fairly short, so they don't need much filing at all, but this woman SCALPED my nails. I mean, they have never been so short and the shape was supposed to be 'square'. They look terrible. I asked the woman if they were too short for dip and she said absolutely not! I will let you judge for yourself. I will never go back to this place. I can't wait to get them taken off
The staff was friendly, but I am extremely disappointed with my nails and pedicure. I had dips on my nails and for whatever reason they wouldn't dry, and we're messed up before he even finished. You can see where he stopped with the clear coat and the nail base. They aren't that shiny either. They look a little dull. The polish on my toes messed up after several hours and still felt tacky to the touch. I will not go back there,
