Horrible experience. There was one lady running the entire shop, which normally I wouldn't mind except she was very rude. My pedicure looks worse than if I had done it myself, but she was so rude I never want to return. I'm either going to have to get another pedicure somewhere else or fix it myself. So disappointed. :(
DO NOT GO HERE! The worst service & experience ever. We got the strawberry daquiri package and we got the same things as a deluxe package. Everything advertised was not given. The nail tech gave me 2nd degree burns from the parrafin wax. There were ants crawling on the chairs and counters. They cut all our toes crooked and the polish colors were incorrect and a dingy color. We had made an appt. for mothers day and still waited 45 minutes until they started on 3 out of 4 of us. All our water was cold and my water kept draining out so I had no water. My poor mom waited in cold water for over an hour and a half and were so rude to her that she finally left to go wait in the car. DO NOT GO HERE!
Went in for a lip and eye brow wax first thing in the morning and the lady did a sloppy job. Got wax strings all over my North Face jacket. My eyebrows looked good. But my lip, all my hairs weren't removed completely. I was not very satisfied.
We have been coming here for for a few months . Not impressed at all. It's like they suck you in the first full set and fill then they toss you out so fast your nails pop off in a few days .. I went back to tell them and have them fix it. They told me it's my fingernail ... I had to pay again . REALLY... Never going back.
So I'm deciding to leave this one star review because of the sheer AWFUL experience my girlfriend and I had today. We paid $50 for my girlfriend to get a manicure and a pedicure, and the results were disgusting! It looked like a small child had done my girlfriends nails! When I said something to the women working inside, I proceeded to get yelled at and told that I had already paid for it and that her nails "were fine" when she walked out. After a while, they finally agreed to redo her manicure and pedicure, thus making us wait another hour+. Highly do not recommend this place. You will waste your money.
