they make my wife nails look so bad, and when we paying , we have to wait like 6 or 7 minute.
Would give zero stars if I could. It took an hour and 40 minutes to do a regular dip manicure & they don't look anything like what I wanted. I told the guy I had to be somewhere at 7 and walked out at 7:41. We arrived at 5:25. 0/10. Will never go again
Horrible. Sandy did my nails & she kept making rude comments about my skin and nails. She was really rough & talked to me like I was a child. My sister had a guy that cut her finger and super glued it. Don't go here.
If you're thinking of getting a pedicure here.... I have one suggestion....DON'T!!! I came to get a simple pedicure and was constantly offered other services after politely declining anything extra. I told the lady I like my nails square but not too short. She clipped my big toe nail down to a knub..... then proceeds to color them and continuously placed color all over my toes not the actual nail. It's as if she had never painted a toe nail before. She redid my big toe 3 times and after the 3rd I just called it a day. There was a big blob of color on the side and as I was bending down to semi clean it up she noticed it and took some alcohol and tried to wipe it and made it worse. I had asked to get my eyebrows done and I thought it was going to be with the lady who typically does lashes and brows but when I saw her grab her kit and I booked it. No way I was going to let her touch my eyebrows after messing up a color job. There was a lady who sat down after I did waiting on the gentleman that was there and after constantly having him leave to tend to other customers she finally got up and left as well. Just a terrible visit.
First time to visit had a deluxe pedicure. Pedicure was today as well as the pictures. Not happy at all. Did not remove all of my previous nail polish nor removed the dead skin. I expect them to paint the tips as well. I will add the gentleman that did my pedicure was very sweet.
