Kelsey is amazing.  She did an amazing haircut and color!  I couldn't be happier with her work and this business!

Listen, real talk, I drive an hour from Denver every three months to have Delaney do my hair here, she is AMAZING! Do I know there are other people to do my hair closer to home? Of course I do, but the drive is worth every second. Delaney is wonderful, even when I'm just getting a trim she makes me look like a million bucks. Perfect cut every time, she always knows what I need to do even when I'm clueless. The location is great, always super clean and welcoming, I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Delaney, you're the best!!

I followed Danae, my stylist of 6ish years, from her previous salon in Fort Collins. It's a bit of a longer drive, but hey I'm not having to deal with Old Town parking so that's a bonus. I had a chuckle and thought "oh, this is Weld County" when I walked in the door and my stylist was the only one wearing a mask, except the other gal in the waiting area who was wearing one on her chin. I'm a few weeks past my 2nd vaccine dose so no big deal, but funny anyway.

The salon is beautiful -- airy and open, great lighting, exposed brick, floor to ceiling mirrors, new fixtures, separate room with a more soothing vibe for hair washing. I'm not sure how functional the freestanding sinks are -- there seems to be very sensitive water temperature controls and somehow I ended up with the back of my shirt soaked -- but maybe it is just a matter of my stylist getting used to them.

My appointment was in the evening and everything else was closed when we were done, but this just might be a reason for me to explore Main Street Windsor every six weeks or so.

Kelsey is the best!! Their new location is beautiful. I'd highly recommend this salon to anyone.

Horrible. I just moved to the area, I drove by the salon in downtown Windsor - SUPER CUTE! I have been searching for a hair stylists for months! I was SUPER excited when I viewed the salons Instagram stylists and came across two profiles I really liked... Kayla and Lindsay H. I sent both a message and I was transparent and honest with both that I messaged the other girl. Lindsay h let me know at 2:47 pm she  had an opening for the next day at 515pm, excited, I jumped on it! Next morning I was called into work and had to cancel my appointment, just so happened Kayla messaged me for an opening she had a few days later, I took it but asked her not to tell Lindsay H, at this point and the messages with both girls, I just felt really bad for cancelling on Lindsay H for having to go to work and didn't want to feel uncomfortable not rebooking with her. After I message Kayla about that, I got a text that she made my appointment and Kayla never acknowledged or responded to my text. So then I called the salon to cancel my apt with Lindsay, no answer. So I sent her a message on IG letting her know I got called into work and had  to cancel. Her response: " oh okay, Kayla just let me know you changed your mind to go to her instead so don't worry! By the way we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy for future, I won't charge you this time but we usually do you have pay 50%." First... Well..... thanks Kayla for telling Lindsay... Lindsay way to lack class in your response. I was trying to avoid feeling uncomfortable, but maybe that's why Kayla never responded to me, try to get the story straight next time. Second, Lindsay had no business attempting to "call me out" for rebooking with someone else. She's could have just said "thanks for letting me know" instead she tried to start some catty mean girl crap. Then she has some nerve making me think she's doing me a favor about a cancellation charge HAHA get lost. You never had my credit card info to secure the appointment, and you never mentioned that to me when I booked the appointment, (also was not on the text confirmation). These two girls really know how to be hospitable to a new person in town. Lindsay didn't have to be a B And Kayla didn't need to tell her AND not respond to me....Both girls and this salon will not be getting my business. This place seems catty, unfriendly, unwelcoming and I didn't even step foot in the door. No thanks!!!
