This is my all time favorite place to get my hair cut and colored! I go to Brooke and she is so talented. I had long hair with a balayage which I absolutely loved! Most recently I decided to cut my hair and I am so happy with it. The fun, fancy and laid back atmosphere is just what I love.

I have had appointments with Kerrie and Christie and love them both. It's a beautiful salon with top notch services!

Shabby treatment. While dealing with two deaths in my family, 1000 miles away from home, my stylist chose to call me to inform me she was dropping me as a client. I texted her asking her to honor our up coming pre arranged appointment allowing us to part amicably. She refused. Cold, Sarah.

Had a really bad experience with Christie who is one of the owners. I will not be going back. I have long dark brown hair and I have been trying to go blonde for the past couple months so my hair has already been lightened a good bit. When I spoke to her about what I wanted she gave me the impression that she was confident she could make me full blonde from where I was at. I was surprised, I knew I'd get close but i was not expecting to get all the way there this session which I was ok with but she assured me she could do it. After she had dried my hair I HATED it. She had given me bleach blonde highlights that were very chunky and streaky, completely contrasting with my darker hair. When I say bleach blonde I mean like silver bleached. I thought she noticed how bad it looked and was going to tone me but then she started to style it so I finally told her I was very uncomfortable with the result. She seemed to get flustered and told me she was planning to tone it the whole time she just wasn't sure thats what I wanted. As a hairdresser I think thats something she would have asked if she was planning on it but whatever. In addition she ironically told me that it would have been impossible to make me blonde in one session from where I was at and this infuriated me because she convinced me before we started that I would be blonde even though I wasn't expecting that from her. She then toned it down and styled it. The next day i saw friends and coworkers and NOT ONE person noticed my hair had been died and then I realized it looked exactly the same as when I went in. I contacted her and told her I was unimpressed and she told me she would fix it but at full price. I told her I did not feel comfortable paying for her services again after this experience so she lowered it to the price of the product which still ended up being $50+. I am very disappointed that she tried to charge me especially considering she is one of the owners. Every single other salon owner I have heard of through friends and through past experiences would have fixed my hair for free seeing as I paid over $150 for the initial session that essentially just damaged my hair. In the end I paid over $200 for a mediocre dye job and bad service.
