I checked in online for my 6 year old son and myself. We got there and checked inthe store, waited for our turn. No problems here, this was expected and is normal.
Once they called my sons name, the cutter/stylist (Laura) did not even acknowledge either one of us or even say hi.
I let that pass as maybe she was having a bad day. It happens. However where I drew the line when she gestured to the chair for him to sit down, non-verbally, not a word, and the chair was covered in dirty hair from the customer just before my sons turn.
I said nope, told my son we'll get our haircuts somewhere else, asked for the employees name, and left.
Didn't make a scene, but I know what my expectations are and common courtesy and cleanliness. Neither of which we got at this store.
This day in age I'll let a bad attitude slide, but I will most certainly not allow someone to touch my child who does not take the bare minimum in cleanliness.
Very disappointed with this experience..absolutely do not recommend.
I have very curly black hair, but I thought that someone there would have an idea of how to cut it. I was wrong. When I told her I wanted a fade she should have told me she had no idea of what that was. Because the end result was nowhere close.
Had to go to another barber to see if they could fix it. Will not be going back.

Don't walk in this place without checking in online or you will sit for hours our end up walking out!! They do not know how their "online" check-in is supposed to work. At this location it supercedes anyone already sitting there that had checked in, but made the mistake of being a walk-in!! You need to remove those words from your store front as Walk-ins are NOT WELCOME HERE!! When I got up to leave after the 4th or 5th person was taken ahead of me because they signed in online the extremely rude women says "they signed in online"! So what, I've been waiting quite awhile!! Don't go here you are not welcome. Shouldn't matter whether you signed in or not online, a walk-in should be in same list.
Sue was very sweet, nice, and friendly. She took me right away and gave me exactly what I asked for. I have no complaints!
