I got an acrylic fill in yesterday and asked for red chrome with an almond shape. Angie was my nail tech and she was wonderful! She did a great job on my nails and was very patient when I wasn't sure if I wanted a lighter or darker red. She did a test nail so I could make sure it's what I wanted, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend!
When I first walked in I would say there was a lack of customer interaction. The female nail tech was working with a customer but spoke to ask me if I had an appt and proceeded to tell me to check in. She told me to wash my hands and pick a color. This was my first time ever being there and had no idea where to even look for a color. They had a nice couch set to the corner but the table was pulled so close you couldn't tell if you were able to sit there. Another customer had to tell me where to find the sample and told me I could sit on the couch. There was a small wait then because they had two technicians working. I didn't mind since I wasn't in a hurry. I got a mani and pedi. The experience was good and feel the prices are fair. The technicians didn't really talk to any of the customers. Where they lacked in communication they made you in service. I had chipped one of my nails a few days after going. I went in to get it repaired and they didn't even charged me for the repair. I thought that was pretty awesome. Most salons would have charged you at least 5 dollars.
I am beyond amazed at this place! The quality of my nails are amazing and this is the first time at any salon around here that my nails are all symmetrical and shaped correctly! The staff was amazing and Nick was such a pleasure to talk too! The service was amazing and I could not recommend them more!
Doesn't even deserve a rating at all! Absolute WORST customer service I've EVER witnessed! Nick is especially rude & Angie is overworked. They are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced, too. And don't even dare leave any type of negative review on google because the owner will berate you in the response instead of accepting constructive criticism that would inevitably help the business as a whole. DO NOT GO HERE unless you enjoy getting bullied! What an awful, AWFUL place! Go to K & E nails across the street instead- they're even open on Sundays!
First off, they did my nails 20 minutes after coming, then they were demanding we do SNS and then blotched my nails up, DIDNT ask what color I wanted and gave me pink! I wanted neutral.. French tips DONT match either. charged me for nail shape? Disgusting.
