I went in for a butterfly haircut a little while ago with Emma and had a wonderful experience. She gave me the exact haircut I wanted and now my hair is so light and easy to style. Aside from the perfect haircut everyone in there was so nice. I am medically disabled and was having a bad health day when I went in. Emma was so patient and kind when I was struggling to walk between the washing station and the chair. The salon is so cute and filled with great people. I highly recommend going here! :)

Just moved her from Chicago and needed my hair cut and colored. I wasn't very clear with my color request and ended up needing a correction. Rachel and Jennifer went over the top to make me one VERY happy customer. I felt so bad having to go back, however I can say this place is truly amazing. My cut was perfect and now my hair is exactly what I tried to describe during my initial visit. Rachel got me back in the chair and worked her butt off and even asked another professional to help when she had to fit my correction i between her scheduled clients. I will definitely be calling this place my new spa home.

I called to make an appointment 3 times because the website won't let me change the stylist but the only response I got was a link texted to my phone. I tried booking via the link and once again, I couldn't change the stylist. Looking for a new salon but I'll take my business to a salon that has a live person answering the phones and taking appointments

I called this salon and the process to get a hair cut scheduled is lengthy. Email, address, blah blah. When I asked to skip providing email address and physical address her push was for promotional purposes and appointment reminder. Exactly, why I didn't want to provide my email and home address is no promotions please. Neither in my opinion should even be asked or required to schedule a hair appointment. Went to get an appointment. Lady answering the phone was nice but didn't know if the stylist was a master stylist or how many years she had been a stylist. Told me to go on their website to look at bio's? Ugh!!! Hate when receptionist don't know such important details! So, I did while on the phone. She scheduled me with the least experienced person. Usually someone with 3 years is at cost cutters for $20 cuts. Even after explaining my hair texture etc is rough and thin after having Covid and I need someone experienced. She told me she was a cell phone and a computer and not in the salon. Basically no knowledge of the salon. They were going to schedule me for a $75 hair cut with a lady that has only been a stylist for 3 years!! Remember that Covid had salons closed during shut down so probably under 3 years experience. Be mindful when scheduling here.
