Horrible nasty rude bunch of women working there after agreeing to the styles my children wanted when they got there it was something different and because I wasn't there they did what they wanted to their hair they kept talking about how they hated doing the style the girls wanted make all 3 girls very uncomfortable that's not a way to treat customers we won't be going there any more
Worse braid shop ever, they have no A/C and they are very slow and unprofessional I waited 45 minutes to get my hair braided when I made a appointment the day before, for different people braided my hair, they burned my neck with the electric pan they use to warm the water for my hair my hair if you want your hair done right do not go to this shop period they are unsantized they tried to use a comb in my hair that they just used in someone else's hair that they didn't even sanitize very rude and they don't understand DO NOT BRAID TIGHT, I wouldn't take my dog there
I used to like this place but they've become very rude and the service is slower. There's no reason someone should be at this shop for 12hrs+ when there's 2 people working on the one head
After only 8 days of having kinky twists, I had to take them out. It doesn't matter if you say, "can you not braid so tight", because their technique does not change. My scalp was so sore and tender that I had no choice but to remove the braids. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! It is not a clean and sanitary establishment either. Go somewhere else!!!
This place is horrible. Unsafe. Loud. Overpriced. Enter at your own peril. I went there to have my hair cornrowed. I noticed the braider (who clearly did not speak a lot of English) was braiding my hair too tightly. I told her on several occasions to "lighten up" or that is too tight. After the style was done, the next two days, my hair was itchy and it tightened even more. I had to take the braids out. My hair was pulled so tightly from a stress point, that it was bald in a space of about 3 inches diameter. Not only that, but I developed sores in that space and an infection that went septic. I really believe that it was due to the braiders dirty hands. When I called to the owner the next day, she apologized and said she would rebraid my hair for a discount. A DISCOUNT? Are you kidding. I would never ever ever ever or ever return to that place. Beware. Be Warned.
