The service here is terrible! I went to get my feet done and they guy who did them DID NOT clean them right at all. Didn't clean under my toe nails or didn't scrub the bottom my feet. The shellac that he used was basically gone and my water was extremely cold. when it was time for me to pay I was over charged for a terrible service which was $50! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
4 years ago I posted a terrible review because of the supposed owner back then who's name is Lisa! She was the worst ever and she responded to my post as a scam! Well she is gone and the new owner Holly is just the best!!! Perfectionist! no problems. Clean salon, great pedicures. My nails always look perfect. No complaints.
Went yesterday for a gel manicure. Older men started scraping my polish with a sharp pointed tool. Kept nicking my cuticles and literally gouged my nails. Finally screamed for him to stop. Owner rushed over and apologized and finished my manicure. She said she was sorry several times. When she was finished my bill was the regular price ! Not even a discount for her employee's incompetence ?? They have lost a loyal customer. I will never be back. Train your staff !!
Worst place ever. I paid for my 15 year old granddaughters nails, age 15. They were on crooked with nail color all over her skin. I went to complain and the woman was hostile and unprofessional and refused to give a refund. It's a shame she lets her profession down and gives other true professionals a bad name. My dog could have done a better job than she did
