Bao is absolutely amazing and accommodating! She was SOOOOOO nice!!!! Every nail salon should follow her as an example!!! The place is quaint but nice and clean. The other nail techs were also nice. I didn't get my nails done, my partners daughter did and she got them exactly as asked/shown. I cannot wait to get my nails done by her!! Bonus: She didn't constantly speak in a different language like other nail techs do. I felt very welcome and comfortable.

My name is Brian Frick and I am so frustrated with Bao's professionalism or lack of. First she was late, no big deal we all get behind. This is where the problem comes in, no acknowledgement or apology for being late. Poor service, no communication, and no ability to accept responsibility for being in the wrong. All she had to do is apologize. Nope. Then when I called back to discuss what happened, she would not own her responsibility. If you know me please stop going here and spread the word
Bao is amazing! When she does your nails, she does them well. She says she enjoys doing nail designs which is refreshing because you don't feel like a bother asking. I love coming here because it's quiet and peaceful - no loud music or tvs on. 100s of people aren't coming in and out because services are by appointment only. Bao always has the best and most up to date colors or techniques for your nails and if you're stuck on what to do, she has ideas. Very reasonably priced. I only have a few pictures saved but will work on taking more. I've been going here for over two years and haven't regretted a visit yet!
