I went in the day before thanksgiving for a trim and the stylist (English) talked me into having my highlights refreshed because of the Black Friday sale. I normally would never have highlights at fantastic Sams, but I did because of the deal and how much I liked English. Let me tell you, these highlights are SO GOOD!! She did a better job than my expensive salon. I know there's a lot of bad reviews for this location, but the management team and the entire staff has been turned over. I highly recommend giving this location a try. I cannot recommend English enough!!
Came in they're at 10 minutes after five to get a simple men's short haircut. There was nobody in there and she said they've already started their deep cleaning for the night. Seems like to me they would start that at 6 o'clock closing time.
An enjoyable experience for the most part. Most of the girls were professional and polite, however the manager of the salon isn't doing them any favors. Any time she came near me she smelled like cannabis and she wasn't exactly acting professional. Along with her being very handsy with one of her employees, she just ruined the experience. So until Mrs. Stephanie Collins is dealt with, I don't see myself coming back.
Aleigh was awesome! She knew exactly what she was doing. She is quick and efficient, and gave me the haircut I asked for! Definitely would recommend Aleigh!
This place is pathetic!!! My daughter just left there and called me me crying so hard she couldn't drive. My wife and I went to pick her up! We couldn't believe what we saw! My poor daughters long beautiful hair gone!!! She asked the hairdresser to take a few inches off! Her hair was down to her waist!!!
( So upset!!!??) This woman cut her hair to her shoulders!!! Oh goodness!!!! How could this person be so blind! Then this woman says...it will grow back!!! What a piece of work!!!
