Fantastic Sams Cut & Color in St Charles, MO

Let me just say I have a really hard time trusting hair dressers but Phoenix(coolest name btw) did such an amazing job I will never go to anyone else. I needed quite a bit of length taken off(long term at home dye and bleach damage) I had a cut picked that I thought would do the job and with her recommendations for minor tweaks it 100% did!!! I LOVE this haircut. I expected to feel a little down about losing so much length but I absolutely don't!!!  As an amazing bonus she also specializes in bright colors (which I have) and gave me great insight into care and safe stripping naturally of color so for our next visits I can start to have it professionally done(will be much better than my poor husband trying). Hands down wouldn't recommend anyone else in the area(and trust me I've tried a few including much pricier 60-80$ haircuts which I was never completely satisfied with causing me to put off getting on a consistent schedule). Please give her a shot especially if you are looking for a modern cut, excellently executed.

Terrible customer service.  Barely acknowledged when I walked in the door.  Place had 2 customers.  1 lady was talking it up and going through her phones pictures with a customer instead of doing her job.  Much quicker and better options in the area.

I was waiting in line for a simple trim on Sunday.. the lady who cuts hair right behind the registry messed up two guys hair cuts before it was my turn. I mean they were very patchy and lining was awful so I left.

I've been going to this Fantastic Sams location for many years.  For one, its close to home. For two, they usually have good stylist employed there.  For years they would take anyone's coupon even if it was expired.  That was cool.  It feels like it might have changed hands. They no longer accept anyone's coupon. Today I went in for a haircut for me and my son and was told 30 min wait.  After an hour I go in and owner or manager tells me they are short staffed. He just told me that he could get me in quick. I said I have to be somewhere and he said well we are open to 7 and I'll keep you on the list.  No other compensation.  They didn't even have my son checked in. There was only one stylist in there after the other two left.  I feel sorry for her. 3 hours alone.  Won't be going back.

This is our regular hair cut spot. We can usually get in within 15-20 minutes at most. Everyone is very friendly. Wish they put out more coupons like they used to.
