Don't go here. This place is for old women spending their dead husband's money looking to have a conversation. Apparently none of the women working there know how appointments work. They actually told me to leave ! I've been going there longer than any of them have been there. Then they call me and want me to come back ! They buying my gas ? Btw, my personal time goes for $1400.00/h so they already owe me a couple of 100 dollars. 'Didn't even offer me a discount. Maybe not hire a 16yo girl to manage opps.,they aren't good for anything, anything ! They need new management and cutters. And now customers. (Hayes and 22 mile rd.)
I went in for a eyebrow wax and cut, Crystal did an amazing job! I didn't have to wait and she took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions. She even went above and beyond teaching me how to style it. I will be back.
Never again. Worst haircut of my life, went back to get it fixed and it's still awful. Guess I learned the "you get what you pay for" lesson.
Friendly atmosphere, phenomenal service and great prices. I've been going to this salon at this location for over 6 years now. Crystal is my hairstylist. She is amazing !!! She does such an outstanding job on my hair every time I go to her. She is very knowledgeable and great with her scissors. She now does my mom and my sons hair too. I have been visiting this Fantastic Sams for years. The staff changes a bit frequently. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars. Once you find someone you like to cut your hair, it's a bummer to find they have moved on. That being said, I am always happy with the results of my haircuts here. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is always friendly.
