The Remedy Salon in Goodyear, AZ

The guy today did such a horrible job I'm so upset. I deleted old review because today the service was so bad. He's and older guy and he filed my nails so short they hurt. I was clearly upset and called them back to let them know horrible he did. Worst dip of my life not to mention painful. He doesn't know wth he is doing horrible place will never be back.

I decided to give this place a second chance, with a new nail tech, after a bad first experience but was let down again. Asked for "natural" nails and got an "ombré" but the white was 90% of the nail. They were all different shapes and very bulky. The guy might have been new, but if they know they can't deliver what people ask for then why even attempt. Paid $53 and had to go get them fixed right after I left. Most of the good reviews on here are about Kelly so maybe I should've gone to her.

I've been going here for a couple years now and I'm always happy!! LOve my nails and the quality is great. I recently had to wait six weeks before I could make it back for a fill and not one nail broke nor did I lose any gems from my nails. This is a big deal because I am a hairdresser and constantly abuse my nails lol. They always do an amazing job!!

I gave this salon hope when I saw their work on their very on Instagram page. Usually salons do not have Instagram pages with such beautiful designs. I've been searching the west valley for a good quality nail salon and thought i have found my spot. Boy was I wrong, let's start off with when I sat down and began to discuss what I wanted. I showed them a picture specifically from their yelp reviews that I wanted. The nail tech was charging me $100 just for the nails! Now I love getting my nails done and do not mind paying for good work but the design I wanted did not require any nail painting or complicated design. It was just star stickers on my nails. I know the material can be expensive but 100$ for stickers just seems ridiculous. I then just asked for the stars to be put on one nail, and the price was lowered to 53. While I was getting my nails done another nail tech, I'm assuming the owner, began telling me that if I want nice nails I need to be willing to pay the money from them. This seemed a little unprofessional and honestly insulting. So I get my nails done Saturday and by Sunday morning, my first nail broke. I return to the salon Sunday afternoon to get it fixed. I walk in and there is no other customers so I ask to get my nail fixed. The man tells me to come back in 30 minutes, I see nail techs sitting in pedicure chairs and I point to them and say no one can fix my nail?!? He tells me fine and to sit in his chair, he then rips off my dip nail with another nail and rushes my nail. I can tell he was just trying to get me out of there as soon as possible. He ripped off my dip nail without filling anything and was hitting my cuticle with the nail filer at the end, it was so painful. I leave the salon with a shorter and bumpy nail. I decide to let it go because it's not worth fighting over. Come Wednesday, 3 days later, the stickers on my one nail are peeling up and getting caught in everything. I've also broke another nail! 2 nail gone in less than one week. I'm constantly getting my nails done and have never had this happen before. I believe they have cheap products or bad applications. I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The nail techs are overly aggressive and the products are cheap. I knew I should have walked right on the very first time I walked in and a female nail tech yelled at a girl for eating chips while she waited, the girl responded "I'm going to wash my hands" and the nail tech rolled her eyes at her and whispered something under her breath. Save your money and go somewhere else! Or you will be returning within the week to fix broken nails. Beware of this place, cheap products and rude techs

Probably the worst manicure ever. When I tried asking the tech to fix it in the moment she kept saying it's different from her side and she couldn't see what I was talking about. The pictures with the chips is less than 24h after. Mind you, these are gel and they were suppose to be Matte. Also, when going back after I said I didn't want them fixed, they still insisted on fixing them. Kelly tried fixing them and they looked okay-ish. They were super thick and lumpy. A day after that, they started peeling and becoming bubbly again so I called again and they said they would fix them. I'd rather go elsewhere and don't plan on getting them fixed.
