Fantastic Sams Cut & Color in Flagstaff, AZ

I used to take an elderly lady there, you can see that she's a senior but I HAD to ask for her senior discount every time, "oh I'm sorry!" every time, odd, when you can see she's a senior citizen who doesn't need to ask. Every 8wks. We used to make an appt so she didn't have to wait....then came, "Call ahead to see if we can get her in" then came the messed up manly haircuts, which used to be cute feminine pixie cuts. She was a repeat customer, didn't treat as such

We showed up five minutes after closing. My son REALLY needed a haircut. Mavin opened the door and let him in. He was so nice to do that! He gave my son a great haircut after the store had closed. Thank you so much for taking extra time for customers.

What can I say as a busy mom my days are long and time is short so when I walked in today on a Sunday morning requesting 3 hair cuts I was worried it wouldn't be able to get done but instead of being told no we were greeted by the most wonderful hair dresser!! With the utmost patience and enthusiastic personality, comforted my kids and walked them through being able to pick exactly what they wanted as their hairstyle and worked with them till they were happy and their vision was createdIt turned out absolutely amazing Safe to say we will be back to see Marvin time and time again for our hair needs and our next rock out session

The worst haircut experience of my life!!! I took my daughter in so we could both get cuts. I had scheduled the appointments ahead of time for wash, cut, blow dry & style. She went first with a man I think his name is Marlin. He did not wash her hair, just cut it in about 10 mins (her & I both have very long hair). She walked out looking very disappointed because she said he didn't even let her tell him how she wanted it. So then he called me back, first off he smelled like smoke really bad. I told him how much I wanted cut & then he was about to begin cutting & I said can you wash it & he said it's still a little wet. I said I haven't washed it in 2 days. He said do you want me to wash it I said yes. It was obviously an inconvenience for him. So as he's washing it he says you're really not supposed to wash your hair that often. I didn't reply to that because he still had to cut my hair and I was hoping he would do a good job. He was so rough & his artificial nails were scratching my head so bad! He finished and left my hair wet. I didn't even bother asking to blow dry because I just wanted to get out of there!! Never going here again!!!!!

I made an appointment online a representative at Fantastic Sams accepted my appointment for Friday 9 AM. 7/21/23 I called the Wednesday before Friday, July 19 and spoke to a representative at Fantastic Sams confirmed my appointment for Friday morning at 9 AM. Friday morning 845. I'm standing at a locked door. Lights are all off inside the location of the salon I tried several times calling the phone number no answer it is now Friday at 1:04 PM. 7/21/23 and there still is no answer at the phone number. I left several messages. I did not receive a courtesy phone call back, a good business would offer an apology possibly a coupon may be a free haircut, but I received nothing. I took the day off to get my appointments taken care of so it's very frustrating to know that businesses can be run this way and be acceptable. Very very frustrating. Extremely disappointing. I hope this reaches the corporate level. This is not how a business should be run very disappointed. A pity because the chain itself shows commitment to their change customers, evidently not here in Flagstaff AZ.
