I don't know if I just had bad luck yesterday, but I went in to get my nails done. I don't think the man who did my nails knew exactly what he was doing. He kept second guessing himself and if he was doing it right. I showed him the second photo for reference and he said he could do it without the bow, I said that's okay. Instead of picking out the colors and getting to it, he asked me to pick out the colors. None of their dip powders are sampled, so it's hard to choose an accurate color based on what's in the container. The dip is all bubbled up, the shape is all wrong, and the red color is nowhere near close, or sparkly. I would've rather he told me he couldn't do what I was asking for than me pay $55 for a completely different style. Last time I got my nails done here, the clear coat completely peeled off after a week as well. I don't recommend.

I was in Flagstaff for a wedding and was terribly unprepared and desperate for a pedicure in a pinch. #1 Nails & Spa was able to get me in within an hour, and I was in and out in just 30 minutes with an open-toe-ready pedicure. Quick, easy, and relaxing. Can't post the final product because putting feet pictures on the internet is not in my cards.

Okay for basic. Really Great front staff. Nail techs could be friendlier. Keep to basic stuff one color or French. Price for set of acrylic with gel polish 60$. Consistently good.

I got a gel manicure and a pedicure and it was great. The shop is clean and welcoming with an interesting renaissance decor. The pedicure chairs were comfy and my nail tech did a great job. This is my favorite shop in Flagstaff. I'll be back in a few weeks.

This nail salon was hesitant to offer nail services to my daughter and me when we recently visited. They were understaffed and only had 2 (!) people doing nails. They were reluctant to perform a manicure on my daughter even though they didn't close for 2 hours and the woman who seemed like the owner/boss was quite rude to her (she is only 4 years old). Also, the owner quit doing nails of the sole other customer during the time we were there to go over a list of reprimands for the nice young 20 something woman who was working the front desk. Clean environment but not welcoming or good service. Would not recommend.
