If I could give this place a negative star, I would! Worst nail salon I've ever been to and I've been to so many around the world! I would never recommend anyone to go here. They were very unprofessional and rude. I called and scheduled an appointment to get my nails removed and get simple gel on my real nail. Tech "Heather" didn't greet me, asked if I was removing my nails and started to cut off my acrylic set with nail clippers! She hurt my nails and wasn't going to soak my nails to remove them. She sanded my acrylic nails down but burned my nails with the constant friction. She also cut the skin under my nail when trying to cut my nails. Never once apologized. I then asked her to soak my nails to remove the acrylic. I was so upset but needed my nails off. I told her I was not going to get my nails done and just wanted to remove. She charged me $15 for removal! (Was only supposed to be $10) DO NOT GO HERE! Waste of time and money and they will hurt you!

The woman refused to do my daughter nails and then proceeded to call her a retard This is Totally unacceptable and unprofessional and discrimination in the most radical way possible when calling my daughter's.
