PRO Nails in Crescent City, CA

I was underwhelmed - the color I chose was not the color on the sample and I immediately said no and chose the color I originally picked out. Rather than remove it from the toe, she painted over it. Smudged one of my toes - rather than remove the polish and reapply for a smooth finish, she painted over it, it now clearly is noticeable. I remember them being more professional in the past...

I'm very excited ably my nail art, Tom is very talented! I recommend him and his daughter to anyone looking for reasonably priced beautiful nails. They're super fast to!

This would of been my 3rd visit, however even after verifying my appt last week and having it in my calendar not to mention I could repeat her words ( what you can understand that is) on the appt. The first visit went ok, although she was about as friendly as a stump, the second one was frightening. Used paper towel knew it because there was dried acrylic on it. The little sanitizing jar looked like green pond scum and had no tools sanitizing, Files and buffers reused. Clipped everyone of my cuticle with drill. I picked out 2 colors and ended up with her painting black on it. I asked about it, and she said oh I do this then the other for the color you want, we'll that didn't work to well. I wanted brown nails. I wanted brown sparkle nails and depending on the light are sometimes purple sometimes black and sometime dark pink but never brown. My first clue should of been my last visit where my appt was at 9 and no one even opened the shop til 920. The sign on the door says 9.

Second time for a pedicure and it was terrible. Don't know what happened to this place but I am not going back. Terrible service and the shop is a mess.

The employees in this shop are rude! I admit I did not have an appointment but their clearly lit sign in front said walk ins welcome. I was in Crescent City from out of town. Before leaving I wanted to get a fill and cut down. When I walked,a technician looked up at me, made eye contact a looked away. After a heavy sigh, she asked me what I wanted. Not can I help you. I asked if she had time to fill and cut down my nails. Her answer, NO. She didn't suggest I wait or return for a later appointment, just went back to her pedicure. I asked if she had a later appointment and again she sighed and said maybe next Tuesday. I replied thank you and turned to leave, I was leaving town town Saturday morning and unable to make a maybe Tuesday appointment. She did not thank me or say good bye. Just ignored me. What a way to treat people! Customer service is not a motto in this place.
