Fast service as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon! The premises are very neat and clean with comfortable surroundings. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The best pedicure I've had in some time and prices were very reasonable. I will definitely return!
Awesome service... clean and fast.... Covid precautions in place... I have never been disappointed with my nails or pedicures.... Sometimes on the weekends there is a 5-10 minute wait before you can be seen, but that's not bad for a busy Saturday afternoon.
We made an appt on the phone had a party of 6 for noon on a Saturday for part of my nieces bday present They did really well handling our pretty big group esp with it being a busy time and we all got mani pedis my mom and I got a full set and the kids got regular gel manicures They have cute little kid pedicure chairs which was adorable and very convenient the service was so amazing and they were incredibly good with the kids I think Heather did my custom nails she did an amazing job Wish I know who did my mom's nails they came out great too All of our nails did but mine and my mom's were custom ( I'll attach pictures) The kids all got their own patterns and picked out colors and the technicians were so great with them, they did their nails just like if they were doing anyone else and were attentive and really sweet about everything Long story short I absolutely recommend this place and will be returning soon Thank you fancy nails!! My Experience was horrible.. one girl started remove the old nail , then glue nail extensions .. Had me go sit older man chair to have acrylic apply: first off the acrylic was apply funny and had bubbles(big). Second he keep try to make all my nails red when I want black..third he don't let the black dry completely Thts why one nail chip and one had color splatter.. not only was he been difficult, he cut me and keep working like it's nothing.. The old woman who did the design give me a hard time.. I ask for specific design all I got was no, no! She wouldn't compromise.Go to the counter and its 60 for this basic ass design . I feel like I wasted sixty dollars and they wouldn't even refund half my money.. end up call my personal tech in Edwardsville to fix their mess and change the design did want it anymore.. Will never go back!!!!
for my first time getting my nails done at the shop, they look absolutely awesome!!!! i wish i would of got the girl name because she was amazing!!! definitely going back !!!
