I just recently moved to Alton and needed a haircut so I found this place that was close to home. It's a nice cozy little place and the two ladies inside were very friendly. I asked if they did regular haircuts and they said yes. then one of the ladies motioned for me to sit down in her chair. She immediately started cutting my hair without even asking me what I wanted. They did not ask me simple questions like whether I wanted it rounded or squared in the back or whether I wanted sideburns or not. None of the little things that most places ask. I quickly stated that I wanted a "#1 on the sides and the back and a #4 on top and have it tapered as it went up". When my haircut got done it was not tapered on both sides the same there's a noticeable edge on my left side that's not on the right side. Not a good first impression. I will not be back.
