One of the employees is terrific. The other changed the shape, color and thickness of my wife's brows today drastically. (Tinted them black when my wife is a blonde and requested a very light brown.) and then proceeded to be rude and dismissive when my wife was upset about it. Unfortunately, won't be returning there.
I came in and was able to get my eyebrows done quickly, the lady did a great job and gave me exactly the shape I wanted. She is also very gentle, other places I been to before it had been painful doing threading, but not here. Highly recommend getting your brows done here

If you want great eyebrows, then this is the place to go! Naaz has been doing my eyebrows for a few years now (I have followed her to each of her locations), and I regret it every time I can't make it to her and have to go somewhere else. She takes her time and sculpts the brows like she's creating a work of art. And the best part...there is minimal pain. Other places have tears rolling down my eyes, but not here! The prices are good as well. I have to comment on the cleanliness. It is always immaculate in here and Naaz sanitizes the chair and her hands in between each customer. If you want great brows, definitely check out Naaz at the Eyebrow Lounge. I am happy to write the first review on Yelp. My guess is that the only reason there are no other reviews yet is because people don't know Eyebrow Lounge is on here. I just got my brows done and had to come write a review.
I usually leave a threading place after the first session somewhat disappointed. I cannot say that for this experience.Naaz was very professional and experienced. I will most definitely return!!
