I started at the Waldorf location, the ladies were enjoyable and great stylists. I relocated and was closer to the Temple Hills location. Babeeee, I'm talking SPEEDY, I was in and out within an hour, Cleanliness, the shop is spacious and beautiful, and PROFESSIONAL. I love the knowledge that is shared and the advice about caring for my locs, extremely helpful. KRYSTINA MONET, you keep doing what you doing and the Lord is going to keep opening those doors no man can shut. Stay sweet, and I will see you in 4-6 weeks.

If I could give them less stars I absolutely would. Let me start by saying that I was a loyal customer to this business since they opened their doors, in fact I was happy and proud to support a black female business owner, but my interaction with them yesterday was the worst service I have ever received from any business in or out of my community. I missed an appointment on Saturday and had to pay $50 for missing the appointment which I absolutely felt that they were entitled to since I was the one who missed the appointment. I paid $59 to rebook my appointment for the same day which was 09/29/2023. The appointment was for 4:30pm and I arrived at 4:40pm my loctician had a client in her chair which she was finishing up when I arrived, I put my bag on the floor, took my scrunchi out my hair and sat down waiting on my turn to be called. After finishing the customer in her chair the loctician, Marie, called me over to the front desk and asked if I had an appointment and knew there was a $50 fee for missing my appointment the Saturday before, I told her it was fine and I already paid $59 earlier that day before I could make the appointment to see her that day, she said she did not see the payment and as I pulled out my phone to show it to her my phone died. She said it didn't matter because I had to come back I told her I really needed my hair done and if I have to leave after rushing to get there then I was never coming back, she said "ok" and looked at me like she couldn't care less. When I wrote the owner of the business to complain she was just as aloft and rude as her stylist. I'm finally done, there are too many good locticians in Charles County that I could go to and not be paying someone to be rude to me. In fact the best loctician they had moved downstairs from them and opened her own place so I'd patronize her instead. BTW I asked the owner for a refund of my $9 and she said no, but when I checked my account they changed it to $53 which I'm guessing they'll say is tax. No problem, $9 won't break me and she's lost me, my son, my neice and my husband cause we are never going back. So just for your knowledge Visa says a merchant can charge you a processing fee on a credit card, but not on a debit card.

I have been searching for a salon for my locs maintenance to frequent for months up until yesterday on a Sunday I was up to searches when I found Locs to Lashes Salon & Spa in the mall in Waldorf. Surprisingly, I was able let to get a 1:00p appointment for the next day Monday. Yes I said the next day! I was extremely happy due to my locs needing maintenance badly. I hurried online and requested the appointment and paid my down payment with a debit card and by the way, the online process was very user friendly and offered all details and descriptions of all services. Including all the Stylist along with their photos. I received a confirmation and messages via email and text to wait until my appointment is accepted. Which that following morning it was. I was so glad I couldn't wait to go. Moving forward, when I got to the the mall (where it is located in Waldorf, MD) and made sure I was there on time, I walked it was in, it smelled nice and was clean and modern. I was pleasantly greeted by four stylist whom were very professional with infectious smiles. My stylist was Alexis. She took me within five minutes of me getting there after finishing a previous client not to mention I was a little early. Alexis introduce herself and maintained kindness and professionalism throughout the entire two hour visit for the service I requested. She gave me positive loc maintenance advice and helped me pick out a style that fitted to my liking. As I sat there getting my locs done, the ambiance and atmosphere was extremely peaceful and professional. All the stylist were working at their craft and taking care of business as well as making their customers feel comfortable. Once my locs were done, my hair looked beautiful and neat. I felt so good! Alexis did a great job! And to top it off, the price was very fair and reasonable which is displayed on the website. I paid and everyone said goodbye as well as myself to them. Before I left, I told Alexis I now found a new salon home and I will definitely be back on a regular basis for locs maintenance and will make sure I let the world know about this clean, beautiful, kind, and professional Salon. I would normally leave 5 stars but the treatment I received last time I was there on 1/11/2021 was so unprofessional. I called and let the stylist know that I would be about 11 minutes late. We pulled up in our Lyft at 10:12. We couldn't get in from there because the mall opened later than the salon. So we walked around trying to get in, finally another customer told us where to go. We get in and it's 10:28. Now knowing that I called you from outside letting you know we couldn't get in, I'm thinking a person who cares about her customers would understand that it's not the customers fault. Well fooled me. We get in there finally at 10:28 and she tells me I'll be charged a 25 dollar late fee. I'm there for my five year olds retwist. The first visit back in October she was really nice and approachable. This visit was totally opposite. Her mood was very unwelcoming and nonchalant. I will never ever be back. The only reason I stayed is because my daughter was so excited and needed maintenance. I'm disappointed, and did not feel valued as a customer at all. Go and spend your money somewhere where you will be valued. And I feel she rushed through my daughter's retwist to get to her next client. Disgusting service.

Absolutely love Locs to Lashes Salon & Spa in Waldorf. Krystina and Shakia hands are truly gifted. The professionalism and the friendly staff along with their hair extraordinaries are magnificent and versatile. Any service from Locs to Lashes is a treat. I will definitely comeback because they're my go to salon. Hands down, they're truly a top notch business that deserves 100 stars!! Sincerely, Lydia
