Please do not let the reviews fool you. I will never go back or book anything with the stylist (Courtney). Very irresponsible, unprofessional and just down right inconsiderate. I could go on and on. Just food for thought. Everyone else in the salon seem to be very pleasant and the shop is very nice and clean. Need new management!!!
My first experience at this salon was pleasant. HOWEVER, my second experience was not the same. If you are not satisfied with how they did your hair do not expect them to care. I asked for crochets with individual in the front and the rest cornrows. After seeing my hair the stylist clearly didn't know how to do the individual crochets. My real hair was poking out of the fake hair. The stylist said my hair was too long and I actually had to pay extra for it. I was thinking it would've looked nice when she was finished. It looked a mess. I didn't notice until I got home. I called the shop to tell them and I was told I may have to pay to get it fixed and I would get a call back. Never did. I went up there and I was told the same bs that my real hair was too long for the individuals and I should've gotten faux locs which they charge too much for at that shop. Again I was told I would get a call back and never did. I had to go somewhere else to get the front fixed. All the stylist had to say is she didn't know how to do individual crochets. I wish I took a picture of how terrible it was but I was in such a rush to get it fixed I wasn't thinking. The shop I got it fixed at looked at it and said I should get my money back for how bad it looked.
Revisited today. Lots of welcome changes. Salon is comfortable & professional. Preppi did a wonderful job on my hair. Love my lace wig installation. Will definitely return to try some different styles.

I have came here with no complaints so many times. However.....since I couldn't get in yesterday they scheduled me for an appointment for today, October 31st at 1:30pm. I have been sitting here outside the shop since 1:15pm and the store is locked as if they are closed. Their website states they open at 12PM. This is such an inconvenience to me. I would give more stars but....communication is KEY!
