Jenny is just the sweetest. Always does a fantastic job. Super sweet and flexible with schedule.
I went in for service around 3:55pm on a Sunday and they close at 5:00 pm. So, the owner Polly told me that they were done for the day because they had too many people to do (like 4). So, I said okay thank you. Yet , the middle aged white lady who was right behind me was allowed to stay. So, people with integrity, people of color please take your money elsewhere. This level of racism should not be allowed to exist and/or continue. I will never come back to Polly or her racist establishment again.
So if you go in to get a halloween(this was in 2021) spider web, just hope that the guy that was working on your nails doesn't have his children there so when he asks his wife who apparently is the artsy one to do a spider web isnt totally distracted so she does a flower instead! When i said something she just said "Halloween flower?" And did not offer to fix it.
I've never had a bad experience with expo nails until today, I went in asking for a set I previously gotten done by them yet this time it wasn't the same lady. This time I got Keke and her daughter, her daughter seems clueless and doesn't know what she's doing. Her daughter did not take her time and when I asked her to fix her mistake she told me there'd be an up charge, I shouldn't pay for your mistake that's ridiculous. The picture on the right is the nails I got previously and the ones I asked for this time, I even showed her the picture as a reference. The one on the left is what I got today. I am very unsatisfied with my purchase, yet overall the shop is good and the other workers do great every time!
The worst experience ever the young lady didn't put hot water when I was getting a pedicure , I had asked her 3 times and she just looked at me the lady next to her told her what I wanted she never did it she didn't clean my cuticles she didn't clean the bottom on my feet it was a disappointment my feet were freezing and the lady who did my manicure she kept sneezing and coughing the whole time the worst place ever they lost a good customer and I will tell all my friends not to go there it was horrible and I told a few people that were there working What has happened and they didn't seem to care they're all about the money what a horrible place, and Charge me a $100 they suck..
