The hair salon is alright, they definitely need to remodel their salon, service is friendly and their techniques are useful, I don't know if it's just me but I think $18 for a trim is a bit much and I think they charge $12 for eyebrow waxing when there is a nail salon 3 stores down from that charges $8

I went in a little nervous first short hair cut, seen ratings on Google so decided to try them friendly ladies went in with some ideas then she said this would look better they know what they are doing . over all I was very happy with my hair cut would definitely go back. Prices are reasonable.

The only reason I would give it a one star is because the cute young lady who cut my hair was sweet and did the best she could to help me and make me feel better. I went in for a cut and high lights. Instead of using foils like I asked the owner made the young girl do my high lights with a cap ( the kind I I could have boughten at the store and done myself) even after I and the young lady told the owner I didn't want the cap she did it anyways pulling my hair through the hole of the cap. It looked like complete shit!! And it burned my hair and damaged it. I was so upset something I don't complain about after a haircut no matter how bad it looks this time I had too. Not only did they charge me for damaging my hair and awful high lights which took almost 5 hrs to do ( I have short pixie hair cut) but the owner told me to pay in full but also told me to come back the following day to get it fixed! Never again! Worse place ever!!!

Omg......ok first.... nasty location second the place is dirty .. Third they have no customer service skills at all. GO TO..O.. THEY ARE WAY BETTER ..Run I went in with a friend while waiting for another friend on the ghetto west side and wow they do a horrific job on brows and hair just run is all I have to say ..............

If your currently looking for someone to give you those perfect brows all us women seek. Look no further! Silvia is a gem in this tucked away salon. My loyalty will stay with her. I have never found anyone else to do such a phenomenal job. She's a perfectionist with her work and I thank her for that. The salon is always kept neat and the women are very friendly.

I highly recommend giving her a shot! You won't be disappointed!
