Previously I've only had good experiences here but I went in one day and the woman who normally cut my hair wasn't there so I allowed a different person to cut my hair. It was one of the most awkward worst experiences I've ever had with somebody cutting my hair. I should have trusted my intuition and walked out because I could sense his energy was off. Come to find out he was in a hurry to get to lunch and you probably resented the fact that I was even there in the first place. He did not say like other than the initial greeting he did not say anything to me the entire time. It was so awkward. It was just filled with this awkward energy of like I must be ruining your day or bothering you in some way. And then when he did he cut my hair so badly he got it so chunky like there's literally nothing I can do with this hair I feel like they're a big chunks cut out of my hair I don't feel like he took the time or the effort I feel like he grab some scissors and just started cutting like can I get to my lunch now? It was a bad experience I left a tip and I actually really regret the fact that I love to tip because I basically said you did a good job and he didn't in any way shape or form not with his customer service skills or with his cutting skills anyway I took scissors to my own head and I actually fixed it so it's not too bad but it pretty overall bad experience for me and it does make me question whether or not I'll go back.

I've been coming to this location for over 10 years now. I came in for my standard haircut like always and the first thing Pauline said to me is that the person that cuts your hair is not here what are you doing here! I stated that's fine will you cut my hair? She said NO! I asked why and she stated "I won't cut your hair because you're too picky". I'm completely in shock. I just pre-paid for $110.00 in haircuts! I've never felt more discriminated against.
Second visit after over 2 months of trying to find another location due to avoiding Pauline. I made an appointment with Teri and Pauline asked a co-worker to kick me out of the store that I wasn't allowed there. Making another big scene humiliating me!After speaking with the manager (Brandon) that was deemed false! And once again very little was done to address my complaints other than giving Pauline a warning. Another terrible experience after I thought this issue would've been resolved. I decided to contact the GM and that was a mistake. She was very combative, constantly interrupting me, she was as unprofessional as the hairstylist. Her resolution was her hairstylist is the victim and for me to go to another Great clips. Completely shocked she holds the GM title! I've tried contacting the owner with no success.
I showed the lady a pic of what kind of hair cut i wanted, I got completely opposite, way ugly, I didn't realize till I got home. I made a note not to use this lady again. Cut way different style than I wanted, she just cut for about 5 minutes and was done. I didn't want it short in the back, she cut it short, I didn't want it long in the front, she cut it long, my hair really irritates me now, it's triangle shape, I can't wait for it to grow back out.
I called the next day, talked to the manager. He gave me a refund and a chance to fix my hair cut. I went back in, Tracy fixed my hair, she did an awesome job, thanks so much Tracy! She saved my day! It looks so much better!
Went in today and got in fast but the Spanish lady was extremely rude. They suggested my child use leave in conditioning. I mentioned I did nothing really works. I listed some products. The worker then said to my daughter "Maybe you should try something new!" My daughter never wants to go back.
