They will ruin your hair like they did to me They lady's don't know how to cut good and when I ask the guy to do it he took some that just walked in while I was waiting for 40 min

Worst experience ever I'd in my life . Never coming back here for sure . Completely unprofessional & mannerless behavior. Owner doesn't asks you for your permission / consent before cutting someone's hair who came after you . She was busy in doing favors to her `special guests ' . Waited for 3 hours just to get a haircut because owner came & told me that I've to wait cause she wants to do haircut of 3 people who came way after I reached. Favoritism is totally unprofessional at any work place cause time is money. I can't bring back the time I wasted there . I wish that god may bless you with ethics/wisdom so that you'll learn how important the time is & how to value / respect someone else's time.

Dishonest business. I genuinely had a great experience my first time coming here, but I will not be returning after the last time. I paid $40 for a wash & cut (not including tip) my first time. Prices were clearly displayed as such, but when I went here again for the same wash + cut, they up-charged me for almost double the original amount! I asked for a reason, but was not given a straight answer. Finally, I got frustrated & just paid the amount. I called later that day to ask the receptionist to verify the prices for me & even she stated it was $40 for a wash + cut, I told her my issue & she offered to have the owner call back. Later that day the owner returns my call & refuses to acknowledge any wrong-doing, claiming the prices were clearly displayed.. how is it that their own receptionist got it wrong along with me? I didn't get a refund or explanation. Real sketchy.. be aware.

I went to this salon to color my hair. I showed a couple pictures of what I wanted but it was poorly done. The color was completely wrong, it wasn't blend correctly and I end up having straight lines all across my hair. I decided to go back the next day to get it fix but they just make excuses and try to charge me more money to fix the color. They just put some bleach on it and send me home to take care of it by myself, now my hair is a disaster and I'll have to spend a lot of money to fix it. Don't ever go to this place. I don't recommend it at all.

My favorite place in the area to get a haircut! I'm going to miss this place when I move. They take their time, are pleasant. Somehow, they charge less, but do a better job than all of the other places around. Interior clean, simple, modern. Appointments and walk-ins. Most are bilingual (Spanish English); some speak less English, but someone is always around to help. They intermittently have hiccups with their credit card machine.
