I have been going to Era salon for years. All of the stylists there are amazing! I lOVE my stylist Lauren! I can't say enough good things about her. My cut and color are perfect every single visit. I've referred several people her way and all just love her. Lauren also cuts both of my children's hair. They both have very thick, curly hair with several cowlicks. She is the first hair dresser that has truly understood how to cut their hair. Plus she is so patient and sweet with them (even my wriggly son ;) ) Lauren and ERA salon are simply the best!
By far the greatest salon in the DFW metroplex. I love the family feel and how willing the stylists are to provide such amazing services. I get my spray tans with Molly, my extension with Jordan, and my color from Lauren! AMAZING! Thank you ERA for always giving clients the best experiences

I called to cancel a reservation the day before slightly past their 24 hr cancel period but the next day realized I could make the appt so I called back in. Luckily the spot was still available. To my absolute HORROR, I went home prior to appt to find my eldest dog in a pool of BLOOD. I had to rush him to emergency vet where they told me had I got him there any later he would've died. Era called to see if I could still make the appt & I told them I was at the emergency vet, thus missing the appt entirely. The stylist, Lauren, text messaged me later saying she "understands I have a lot going on but doesn't think we'd be a good match moving forward" because she's CONSTANTLY BUSY. How unprofessional & INSENSITIVE of a response given an emergency such as this. I would hope upper management trains their employees better than this. I had every intent on making that appt. but will not go back given the response of the stylist.
