I have been going here for a few years and also to the Lovers location & keep going bc the cuts are really great. (Highly recommend!). But, I only go about every 9 months bc they always cut about triple off what they tell me they will. If I were to go more frequently I'm afraid I'd end up bald bc they take off so much more than they tell me they will. EVERY time I've been in they tell me my hair is very healthy and they're going to take off maximum 2", then I walk out with about 6" gone and my hair up by my shoulders again. I'm trying to grow it longer but every time leave upset at the amount they take off. The cuts look really great, but why can't they cut the amount they tell you? Ever?
Never got a chance to have my hair cut but I won't go back after my experience. Showed up for my first appointment (new in town) and the power was out so they couldn't provide the service. Apparently, the power had been out all morning and they had called the other clients but hadn't called, emailed or texted me. Their terms claim they will charge clients who do not show but they wasted my time and did not seem apologetic.
Had to get roots touched up and failed to get an appointment before I left town on a trip to Dallas. Friend recommended this salon and they were great!!!
I have lived in Dallas for two years, and have never had my haircut (because I was always too scared to go to someone new). I scheduled an appointment with Perry because of good reviews and a friend referral, and I was not disappointed. She was on time, listened to what I wanted, and made my hair look great. Perry made me feel comfortable when I was very nervous to try somewhere new. I would absolutely recommend her, and will definitely be coming back to see her again.
Today was my first time to get my hair cut at a salon. Samantha worked an absolute miracle with my long and thick hair. She's amazing and the salon has a great vibe. Well worth it. I highly recommend that you choose Osgood O'Neil and ask for Samantha!
