Nice salon owner who got me in same day. I was hopeful because she was Korean, and I'm Korean, so I assumed she would do a great job on my hair. I wasn't offered a hair wash though, and she sheared off ALOT of my hair on the sides and in the back. I just wanted a 2 inch trim and added volume on the crown. My hair is still growing out to where I can tie a hair band around 2x again vs 3x. It felt rushed too - I was in and out in less than an hour. She was also trying to sell me hard on some proprietary hair straightening product - something I definitely didn't need. Again, super nice lady who I appreciate getting me in last minute, but I wouldn't go back again for a haircut. FYI, I was the only one in the salon, and I believe she is the only one working in the salon.

The lady was so rude. My skin is weak, so it bleeds easily. I told her about it, but it blew. She didn't even apologize, instead, she said really rude things about my skin, that I don't even wanna remember. I know it looks gross, but what she said was soooo hurtful. Also her haircut skill isn't that good.
Horrible service. There is only one person working here. She never keeps the appt time. I will never go here again. She isn't even a good hairdresser. The facility is messy as well.
The reviews say there's a language barrier but I thought it would be ok since all I wanted was a trim. Well, I ended up with much more than a trim. I gave up trying to tell her what I wanted since she was doing her own thing anyway. My hair looks good but definitely shorter and more layered than I wanted. She definitely knows how to cut and shape Asian hair. Ultimately, it's just hair and will grow back.
