Love love love this place! I always come and they already deliver! Amy usually does my nails! Today we did a thin French tip (yellow ones) and Long did my friend's (blue). 10/10 recommend! Ask for Amy or Long!

The worst experience at a nail salon. While I was looking for a color, the nail tech came over to "help" and then told me the color I'm looking would not look great because of my dark skin color. Eventually I found a color and when I asked for it, it was not in stock. The nail tech decided to clean up my nails as I was looking. After 15 minutes the front desk girl came up to us saying the tech can't complete my service if I can't decide on a color since it had been one hour. l told her I did in fact like a color, but it was not in stock and we were finding alternates. I felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave and pay for the removal service only. She was trying to charge $5 more than the listed price of $10. I had to show her the menu said $10 and she was still refusing to honor it! I also clarified I had been in the nail salon for a total of 20 minutes showing her my parked car location with the time stamp. She proceeded to tell me the nail techs are on commission and I'm wasting their time. I said well they would've gotten paid more and had a full service if you hadn't interfered. She was rolling her eyes and was clearly annoyed. Never had such horrible service at a nail salon! I would give 0 stars if I could. I just wanted to relax and get my nails done- it didn't happen. They have almost no colors, are racist, and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Beautiful interior since the remodel! Talented staff who go above and beyond to provide excellent service! They are all very creative and thoughtful with their designs!

, it was terrible customer service , and just work in general. This my second time coming here but after how I was treated I'm never coming back . The lady that did my toes nails was so rude talking bad about my toes so loud and rude . And I told her I wanted gel nails she told me it's more money as if I didn't have any , I also wasn't offered any drinks . I had also wanted to get an acrylic nails which I put on there tablet up front when I filled in with my phone number . That they were aware of I waited patiently but no one was assisting me , took too long . So I decided I'd just go somewhere else . I went up front to pay out my pedicure and I had the lady " she'll be out there in two mins would you still like to wait " I politely with a smile told her "it's okay I just wanted to go " and she started passive aggressively lecturing me about how I didn't communicate With the workers that I wanted a acrylic nails but I put it on the iPad that I wanted both of them and from past experiences, I didn't have to tell them because they knew from the tablet , and she was telling me that I needed to communicate with them because that's how everything works like if I worked there , she was trying so hard to prove a point that's not my job I did what I was asked to do and I wasn't even treated properly I was getting looked down on for her to come lecturing me and tell me that I need to do her job and tell everyone else is very unprofessional . And being passive aggressive she made me feel uncomfortable . Why have a device that doesn't work . She told me "that there too many customers to know what I would want ". What the fuck ? So nail bloom doesn't respect nor prioritize, each customer . Best anyone wants nails just go somewhere else , might be pretty with all the flowers but they discriminate you but your appearance . If I could I would give zero stars there plenty of other salons were they are actually polite

Pedicure techs are the only reason they get 3 . They do just fine w basic nails but for nails that require a higher level of skill try elsewhere. You could end up w/ what I wanted vs what I got nails and will gaslight you. *upcharge to shape nails anything other than square or round.
