Unfortunately staff is often unfriendly to new customers and lack of warmth. Disregarding of customers needs or questions, poor customer service seen repeatedly that is unfortunate for new clients and extremely uncomfortable. Manicures don't last as long as when done somewhere else. As a positive, wonderful pedicure options and great service that is tempting to return to.

Fine atmosphere, but my dip manicure was pretty bad. It's super chunky and not well shaped. I had them do a flower design (which cost $15) and the flowers are super wonky and uneven. Won't be going back.

Did a good job on pedicure. Price point is within average for services. Not all technicians are following mask mandates so if this is a concern for you I don't recommend them.
