I used to love this place. I've gone many times for pedicures and getting dip in my nails or fills for acrylics. however I went again and this time I was unsatisfied. my nails are all uneven, have product stuck on my skin and cuticles, and my nails just generally hurt after excessive filling trying to fix the unevenness. I will say the lady who did my nails did try to fix and make them look nice but in the end the over filing just couldn't be fixed. I ended up just saying that they were fine after two hours and had her finish so I could go.
This was my first time here. I made an appointment for a pedicure, and Rose did them. I love how she took her time and was very gentle. Rose cleaned my toenails up nicely, it was pain/rough-free, and her massage was fantastic. I have struggled to find a local nail place that I like. I finally found one, and this place is very spacious. Everyone was very friendly, and I will definitely come back.
The way they remember and care for their regulars is what brings me back every time.
I have been going here for 3+ years. During this time I went to other salons a few times, but always came back to Queen Nails. I went out of town for over a month and they had searched my number in their schedule book just to text me and ask if I was okay and when I'd be back for a fill.
Also if you're looking for a salon that ACTUALLY massages during a pedicure, it's this one. I chose them 3 years ago for this exact reason.
First time here. We made appointments for pedicures and the service was very nice. Good massage chairs. reasonable price. Will be back soon!
