Never even got what I asked for and the hair cut was around 30 dollars. The lady word for word said "do you use conditioner?" Crappy attitude to say the least. I gave simple and specific instructions and she couldn't even follow it. I had long hair all the way down to my waist and she chopped it all off it was insane never go here if you like your hair.

The quality of this store and the workers has taken a nosedive over the last year. I understand that we live in stressful and frustrating times especially as employees, but the atmosphere in this store could not be more unwelcoming or unfriendly. You are made to feel like a burden and an inconvenience by the hairdressers, and they just exude the attitude they want to be done with you as quickly as possible, often resulting in terrible, half-completed haircuts that you didn't want or ask for. My most recent visit, which will also be my last, was the final straw for me. I checked in online a few hours before my appointment. When I showed up to the store my name was at the top of the list. Expecting to only be waiting for a few minutes due to their being an open hairstylist who I assumed was almost ready for me I waited patiently. And kept waiting. And waiting. It was over 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment time when they finally called my name. I was a bit irritated since I had shown up at the time they told me to show up and still had to wait, but I let it go and attempted to friendly greet the hairdresser. No response. Not a big deal, I'm not much of a talker myself but greeting each other is usually normal and expected in a situation like this. I sat down and she said, and I quote, "What do you want?" I tried not to take the short attitude personally and told her exactly and specifically what I was wanting. She minimally acknowledged what I had said and then proceeded to do the absolute bare minimum she possibly could, essentially half a haircut and half of what I asked for, and I walked out of that store with 30 dollars less and the worst haircut I've had in a long time. I didn't realize how bad it really was until I got home and washed it out but I was really disappointed with the obvious lack of effort. I have really simple short hair and the haircut I requested was very basic, but still was too much for this hairdresser to handle. I've been coming here for a while and have had enough of the poor service, grumpy workers, ridiculously high and still rising prices, and overall uninviting and "we're over it" atmosphere. Do better.

The quality of workers here has gone downhill here. The past two times I've been here I've felt like it came out with some of the worst haircuts I've received from a hair salon. It just seems the workers don't care anymore and the energy is completely off and unwelcoming.

Lazy and incompetent workers. Showed up 5:15 well before closing at 7. All workers were standing around doing next to nothing. I asked if I could get a haircut and they said they were all booked. Not a soul in site. Lazy, rude and ridiculous I will be contacting the cooperate office and if it happens again I will get law enforcement involved and consider suing as well.

Called ahead for an appointment like any decent human being after this pandemic. We got the sweetest stylist for my dad. JESSICA was her name. She was polite and self with my dads humor.

I watched as the other stylist was helping a young man also and he had some sort of sensory problems. She literally was an angel in disguise. She showed him each thing and let him feel the vibration of the tools before she used them. It was simply amazing. She was so patient, didn't rush through the cut and stayed focus. The kid was so happy after. They did the exploding fist bump when he was done and it made the man happy.

Need more stylist like these two.
