I used to absolutely love this place. Only had wonderful things to say. After today I'm not going back. I got my nails done today by someone who appeared to be new. He did his absolute best and even redid a few nails. He was great and I have nothing bad to say about him. Everyone was new once and I could tell he was really trying. I went shopping and about an hour later realized the gel was peeling on one nail. So I went back into the salon before 7:00, it's posted closing time. There was one person in there doing someone's nails and he simply refused to fix my one nail. Said the place was closed and told me to come back tomorrow. I told him I can't because I'm going out of town and he said look around there's no one else here, I didn't do your nails, come back tomorrow. I can't believe how rude he was. It would have taken minutes to fix. I literally had to superglue it... looks like a set of beautiful nails with one trashy one. Guess I'm finding a new salon!
Do not recommend! Went with my daughter. We both got dip. Hers was so think that looked fake. She went to get it fixed next day and they did horrible job and after totally ruining it he throw money back into her face. My nails lasted for 7 days. Very disappointed!
Well I got shellac and it chipped in 3 days! I should have known because it was the quickest manicure I have ever received! She didn't take her time and was careless! It was my first time going there and will never return
I have never seen such RUDE & very UNPROFESSIONAL people. I have been here about 4 to 5 times and every time I have come every worker looks unhappy and miserable and it's very uncomfortable to even be in there. I will NEVER return here again. I prefer to give my money to a business that appreciates their return customers. SHAME ON YOU
