D Spa Nails in Richmond, VA

They are very unprofessional the man would even tell me how to set up the appointment. He close the door in my face as I was talking to him.

RUDE AS H*LL!!! Needed to get some last minute prom nails done and everybody was packed except for them, i was happy and sat down, my hair was in my face and the man asked me 4 times "what is wrong with you, what is wrong with you" rude as hell! The man was laying acrylic on my right hand so i was texting with my left and he said "u know what do u want me to keep going" and i said why wouldn't u and he told me to get out his store. i see why it was no one in there cause he is RUDE! Why place a nail salon in a black area of this is how u act towards black women! four women came in asking to get they eyebrows done and he said no! mind you it was 2 other available people.

D nails is my go too, they care about my nails and do an awesome job on my nails. Now one thing I don't like is that they are not up with the latest slowly but surely they will get there! I love them thou!

very rude e establishment!!!!, gentleman whom i took to be the owner was filing one of my nails ended up filing my finger, he then accused me of not "relaxing my hand" , no apology just very rude, did not mention that when i first walked in he rudely asked did i get my nails done there previously as if he didnt want to do them , but back to the filing of my nails after i told him that it was not my fault he hurt my finger , he told me to go elsewhere for services, which he didnt have to ask twice, very poor customer service......never going back!!!!!

This man who owns this place is very prejudice. But I don't understand because you are in located in a urban neighborhood. When my kids and I (who are well behaved in public areas) came in the door the first thing he said was "Kids no run around. Have to sit down." I told him my kids are well behaved and he continue yelling saying "No run around". I was insulted that he would assume because of the way we look that my kids was bad children. I got up and left. The next time I went(only because everywhere else was busy) I was alone and he did my nails but was very short with me when I was trying to hold conversation. The 3rd time I went in and he looked at me and said "I can't do your nails." I thought he was saying he had appointments coming in or something so I said well can your wife? He yelled and said "Leave! We not do your nails." At this point I was confused because he had did them before. I thought he was mistaking me for someone else so I asked what did I do? He told me to leave again! When I left out I felt awful, disrespected, and worthless like I had did something. I called my boyfriend crying who was ready to leave work to check him but I talked him out of it. If you look "hood" you are not welcomed here!!
