So Sharp! Nail & Hair in Charlotte, NC

OMG, the worst place to get your nails done, if I could give less than 1 star in would.  I did let Ann know that I was NOT satisfied with this and she asked that I give her a chance to fix it and I said ok, with some hesitation but I went back and she was MIA, I called to ask for my money back because  I went and had my nails done somewhere else, now she doesn't know how to speak English that good according to the guy that she put in the phone. Well if you need my cions that bad then fine hope it serves you well, if that's  the way you do business you won't last that long.

So sharp is my go to neighborhood salon and they may not have all the glitz and glam as this other salons . They are reasonable can speak English and can hold conversations. Shot out to Mimi best pedicure person can get a hang nail. And Mimi is quick with her work J no i complaints always good laughs glad I entrusted them,

This was the worst experience I've ever had a nail salon. My nails were bumpy and had no shape. There is still color from my last dip powder set on my nails. I also asked her why my nails felt so thin after the coats of dip powder? I'm so many words, she told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I asked her to fix them and she started getting angry and talking over me. Ann, the owner even told her sister my nails "don't look good". Then another women came over yelling at me about my nails. The owner told her sister it needed to be fixed in order for me to be a repeat customer. I had already made my mind up about not returning. After all of that, I was ready to go home. I still left a tip because she did a great pedicure and foot massage. I wish I would have read reviews before visiting. And here I am filing my own nails so I don't feel so bad about the money I wasted here.

I'm so upset with this place. I took my daughter, paid all that money and her nails came off a week after she had them done.

I went to the salon to get eyelash extensions and was not given a mirror to see the lashes before I left the place of business.  When I got home my lashes were "HORRIBLE".  First thing that next morning; I called and told the manager what happened. I told, " him that
I wanted them redone for no charge", he agreed to those terms. In addition, I informed him that I could not come back until that night because I had small children. When I got there they asked me for 25$: than I reminded him that I was the person who did not like her lashes. He still wanted me to pay her for her time. I was not going to pay because I did not like the original service and told him that I was not coming back, he told me to get the HELL out.

NEVER GET SERVICES HERE: THEY ARE TOO DISRESPECTFUL
