I paid $41 for one of the worst, if not the worst, gel manicure I have had applied since gel polish hit the market! The nail tech applied what was (apparently???) a non-soak-off product - without asking or telling me - and it is horrible. I did not like the shop, the nail tech, my manicure nor the entire experience. $41 is TOO much to pay for a gel manicure. Btw, I had removed my previous polish before going to the shop to save time and effort. Both the tech and the receptionist were more interested in "selling" me membership and bonus offers and etc. to take care of my very basic needs. Needless, to say, "one and done" for this place.
Went in to have my gel polish removed from my finger nails. They used a grinder and it totally dug up my nails, so now my natural nail looks awful and bumpy! I had to try to buff some of it out myself but it won't be smooth again until it all grows out.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. Called before for an appointment and they gave me one at 1:30 I arrived and they sat me down and then told me it was going to be a 30-40 min wait, and I said even with appointment? She was like oh I didn't know you had an appointment after telling her multiple times. Then she proceeded to just tell me to wait and I chose to leave. The place looked filthy, and the employees were so unprofessional specially the girl in the front. Please never come here!! Guess that's why they have to have so many promotions because they can't keep customers with such bad service.
They did a horrible job on my daughter's nails. She got serviced for what was supposed to be a refill from milk color to French tip. It took them 3 hours yes 3 hours. The technician just kept filing the nails over and over again. The nails were lumpy, uneven and right up on the cuticle. It really is a horrible job. She did NOT line the nails up together to make sure they were the same size for the cut down. Instead she just filed them down individually and gaged them with her eye-bad choice. We will go back tomorrow to see if a refund can be given as the manager had left for the evening. My manicure from a different technician was good but the fact that my daughter went in with nice nails and just wanted a color change
Both my son and his girlfriend and I went there to get our nails and feet done very pleasant the shot was really clean a lot of new nail color and I was very pleased with my nails and my nail design
