I LOVE the park selwyn location BUT the 2522 south blvd one I'm appalled by. Apparently, after I checked in for me and my daughter at 6:07 online, we were expected to come and sit in the waiting room for the 38 min wait time! I arrive 8 min after when it said 6 min wait time and am told sorry we're closed. Guess people like this are really lazy and don't like money. If they were closing so soon after why allow me to check in to be don't after the almost 40 min wait time. The she has the audacity to say " you can come tomorrow during our open hours, right?" No, bc I have a full time job taking care of human being and sorry I can tell them things like we're closed, can u have this stroke during our open ours tomorrow? Nor, can I say just sign in and come drive over to sit in the waiting area until I'm ready to assess you're condition....
I'm super mad. I will never attend this location again. I only came bc it was the closest. SCREW 2522 South blvd and their VALIDATED PARKING!
PARK SELWYN FOR THE WIN AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE THE BEST ANYWAYS. You know what this is my fault for attempting to go elsewhere. This GIRL should be ashamed of her poor work ethic in my opinion.
If there was negative review I would give this place for the terrible system they have to not accommodate anyone new to the practice. I get in there there with my kids, the stylist puts me in "30mins" after I walked in and gave her my info to put in, only to realize now due to her 30min delay there are several people ahead of me. So....I waited for 45mins and walked out without a haircut.
Jason did not know I was a blogger when I came in today!!!!! I am also a yelper, I read several reviews about his yuckie attitude so I checked in faked like I was on the phone... proceeded to get in his chair and...... dom dom dom...... "I said don't mess me up now"!do you know how to cut ethnic hair? He got super serious Tightened his pale ass lip and asked do I talk to everyone like that! No Jason just you! We have sent a crew in to monitor your rude behaviors at this location and they just seem to not want to FIRE you!!!! I let you know I was joking and if you were serious I would not get in your chair! You straightened your tude real quick....so peeps the inside biz is Jason the rudest dude in the store works only on Mondays!!!!!! Avoid Mondays like the plague or request another barber... also he is trash!!!! Hate I was sent to be the Guinea pig!!!!!..... overall if he could get off his high horse he would be a pretty good guy! I can't believe he thought I was really a customer!!! O welll it is what it is some folks just have bad attitudes that's what docs are for.... Jason need a lil more training on customer service...he is a total idiot I asked his name to add to the review he thought I actually wanted him to cut my hair from here on out!!! Fix your mouth Jason and maybe people will come, however I left a tiny tip for your inconvenience of cutting my hair. There is a very nice lady in the back maybe book with her ???!!! Carry on peeps and make sure you stay from the J monster !!!!!!
I came in about 20 minutes before they closed and the lady at the front desk told me they were closed (I was checked in online). I told her I was checked in and she literally told me, "I don't care if you're checked in." I dont expect 5 star treatment when I go to Great Clips, but this is ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend.
Slow. Ignores customers. Incorrect check in times. Waste of time. 1 person working 3 standing around.
